Ipsos iSay for paid market research is a three-step application: complete your profile, pass screeners, and finish follow-up surveys for points. Ipsos iSay is Ipsos's free rewards community that matches members to paid surveys. This guide shows how each step works. It covers who can join, how profiling leads to invitations, how product-test screening works, and how rewards pay out.

Who can join?
U.S. membership requires age 18 or older, U.S. residency, and acceptance of the Terms.
According to Ipsos in its U.S. Terms and Conditions, the panel is managed by Ipsos Interactive Services, U.S., LLC. That manager may deny membership without explanation. Check age, residency, and agreement to the Terms before you apply.
How do you complete your profile?
Registration starts with age and interests, then moves to profiling surveys. New members find those profiling surveys on their dashboard.
Ipsos uses them to match each profile to appropriate paid surveys. Complete every assigned profile survey so matching can begin. According to Ipsos in its Ipsos research guide, members receive matched invitations by email or dashboard and earn automatically credited points.

How do screeners and product tests work?
Many product tests begin with a short qualification questionnaire. Even qualified members may not be selected because spaces are limited. Selection depends on profile criteria for that study.
A non-selection is normal and does not mean the profile is wrong. Selected testers usually receive the product in neutral packaging. They test it for a set period, follow the instructions, then complete the follow-up survey.
How do follow-up and rewards work?
The follow-up survey earns points, often plus keeping the tested product. Points are redeemed in the Rewards tab catalogue. Options include Amazon gift cards, PayPal credit, or charity donations such as the Ipsos Foundation supporting education access.
According to Ipsos in its rewards FAQ, PayPal credit is available in several denominations and digital rewards deliver instantly. Keep the PayPal email identical to the iSay email and activate through the "Access my reward" email link. Points do not expire while the account stays active, but they are forfeited on termination, inactivity, or deactivation. Activate digital and PayPal rewards within 90 days because they cannot be returned.
